Hooray, I now have Internet access at home in Ferney. Well, I should
say, I sort of have Internet access at home. I paid for wireless, but
that’s not working. I also paid for some crazy Internet TV thing, which
worked for about an hour. Now, nothing. Back to France Telecom I go.
That usually only takes about 5 hours, most of which is spent waiting in
line, as in standing.
However, other bits of French life are
fine indeed. The bakeries, the markets, the sights to see. Last weekend,
Lyon! Where I have been before, but which is a terrific town. And a
heck of a lot warmer than Ferney.
I have photos to upload, I have things to say on this blog. But, for the moment, to bed I go.
