    I read many classics as a child and have not reread them as an adult.
    She could have a point. But, then again, Italo Calvino probably has a
    good point too about them leaving a mark on you anyways. BTW, only
    myself and one other woman liked his book in our book group. Maybe that
    says something too. 🙂
