I am reading a superb book, Daily Rituals: How Artists Work. I’ve only gotten through about 20 pages, and am already astonished by what makes people tick–by which I mean coffee, sugar, alcohol, amphetamines, and sleeping pills! Highly recommended so far, for all sorts of reasons!
