For cauliflower lovers

Look at this gorgeous dish!


I can’t wait to make this. I love cauliflower to begin with, and the new colorful varieties are great. I’ll have to stop by the Union Square Greenmarket this week to get a purple one. Hmmm, and then there’s the sambar powder issue. Well, details to come. Here’s the recipe:

1 bunch of purple cauliflower
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp hazelnut oil
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp sambar powder
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
a tiny sprinkling of sugar
pinch or two of salt

Heat the oil in a non stick skillet over low-medium heat. Add the
